Halloween was first celebrated by Celtics in Ireland because they believe in spiritual World and it is their festival of the dead. At the time of Samhain, it was assumed that ghosts of the dead people alive and mingle with the living World. Samhain became the Halloween and is now famously known by the name "Halloween". History of Halloween is vast and is not sure to be truely defined by anyone. Pumpkins were the substitute for turnips to carve into Jack-O-Lanterns. We wish everyone happy halloween 2008 .
